It looks like it'll be a few months before we get any compelling PS3 exclusives as more games jump ship to the 360 The low initial numbers of PS3s shipped around the world may hurt the system more than Sony is letting on—two PS3 exclusives have since moved to the 360. Fatal Inertia and Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War will also be released on Microsoft's console. If you look at the release list for the PS3 you'll also notice a long, dry patch of games from now until a few months into 2007. If you've already bought a PS3, there isn't that much to look forward to outside of ports.
From a developer and publisher's point of view this makes perfect sense; there may be as few as 200,000 PS3 systems in the US. The situation in Japan is even worse, with no more than 80,000 units installed there. There is no firm news saying how many more systems Sony plans to release in the near future, which means there simply isn't a lot of money to be made by releasing your games on Sony's hardware.
The good news is that when supply loosens up and customers will be able to walk into stores and buy a unit, they should have some great games to pick up with it. The bad news is existing customers aren't going to be enjoying anything new that takes advantage of the hardware for quite a while. Sometimes it just doesn't pay to be an early adopter.
It looks like March is when some more big games will be hitting the PS3. At least that will give me enough time to beat Twilight Princess.

It's the same story with any console launch, at least any short of the Nintendo where most of the games are done in house. Developers want to sell as many games as they can across platforms. Being exclusive only works for company owned interests (Halo, Mario, Gran Turismo kinda things). As of yesterday the PS3 count is 308,001 compaired to 539,364 Wii's and 7,593,547 Xbox 360s.

I've been checking in frequently at the stores, from the sounds of it Ann Arbor has yet to recieve this week's shipment and there might be some available after the 1st. The general consensus I've been getting from the stores is come back on Saturday.... Unfortunently, I can't find a copy of Twilight Princess either, but if I'm lucky they'll come in with the Wii....
