I got the GPU core up to 720MHz....if anyone is in the market for a GPU newegg has an MSI NX8800 GTS OC and this thing is just the master at overclocking....this GTS went almost 200MHz past GTX stock speeds....

with the overclocks this is faster than a GT....it costs a little more but if every MSI 8800 GTS overclocks like this then it is just fucking amazing....
$310 still from newegg....

interesting....have you seen a lot of the Overclocks of the 8800GT? With it's stock version being better than the GTS, it's Overclocked version totaly wipes the floor with it...I guess overclocking teh GTS would bring it back into the game against it....but the price is still better on the GT. Though, the problem is still finding one lol . I still want to see what the new 8800GTS is going to do as far as prices and performance goes.

Well I have yet to see another card overclock anywhere near this level.....I am 200MHz past GTX speed not GTS I said GTX....

I know...but speeds with the GT are similar to the GTX to begin with...which is why it already beats the GTS at stock speeds. You have seen the GT right? It just came out 2-3 weeks ago with a core update...in a lot of benchmarks, at stock speeds, the GT ties or beats the GTX...in almost every one it beats the GTS....and I believe the GT only really looses at those insane high resolutions at that.
The GTS...when it comes out...is going to own all over the Ultra even.

you mean you see my clock speed and for another $350 You raise me 50MHz or less congrats thats like buying the V8 camaro and spending the extra cash just so you can say you beat the turbocharged v6 in the quarter mile by .05 seconds.....Hell for $350 I could have bought another entire GPU and paired them in SLI overclocked them and it would eat that GTX alive but hey if you have the $$ Spend it right??

Just wait and see, i know that there is a reason for the cost difference. Nothing you say will make me believe that you card is better than mine.
