I think it's interesting to take a step back and look at the different communities we belong to. Every time I start a sale thread I post it to a bunch of different forums, but I've noticed that M. Carter Brown is the only one I really subscribe to. It just seems like MCB has the people most like my self and value the same things. I also noticed that whenever I post on mcb it's instantly picked up and added to by scores of other users. On PBN, the site which shall not be named, the most I ever get is "trade for whatever shitty electro is in my sig." It just seems like MCB people are actually engaged and interested in what I have to offer. On Automags.org I see all sorts of interesting guns for sale, but not a single person has inquired into one of mine. The other thing I've noticed is that MCB seems to be alive. As soon as I send a message, I get a reply. It seems like someone is always there just waiting for me. Which is also its biggest problem, MCB is almost threatened by its own success. I've noticed an increasing number of people coming over from that site which shall not be named and the way mcbers are always on just seems to sap away your life. It's the reason I'm on every hour of every day for 2 weeks during a sale and then disappear for a month or two. Whenever I start selling I feel the urge to buy again and I've found the best way to avoid it is to stay away altogether. What should I do? I can't live with MCB and I can't live without it....

Quick! You [Fred and Mansmith] should go to my house and play with the Revenge before it's gone. I foolishly listed it for only $75 more than I paid and it sold within 15 minutes. Now I have to deal with the prospect of never finding such a nice V2 ever again. I also suggest you grab a camera to document it's wonder for our posterity.

no Not the V2 what were you thinking?? Ok so I had the same problem with my V2 over on Custom cockers but the problem with listing it over there is that I took some pictures of the gun and pneumatics to get an accurate description nd price and within 10 minutes of the question thread it sold.. I never even made a for sale thread it just got bought up by one of the mods right from the inquire thread about the pneumatica. LOL no dobut though that your V2 had a better anno than mine they were both the same guns essentially though but ours had 3 barrels as to where mine came with a custom freak but milling wise I believe they were the same.. now why wasn't I offered this gun???

You never expressed interest in it... I haven't been paid yet, would you like to make an offer? So is the feed neck on the V2 removable? The buyer was asking... It looks like it might be, but I've never tried.

LOL.... you should have called dibs on it long before me, I talked to Harv about it, I think I have had the most tempting and largest offer on the table for it for awhile now which included an array of very tempting guns or a full cash offer and even offered him first call if I ever decided to get rid of it but he is stuck on that SuperCocker like glue so Sorry Derf but Stand in Line and shut up. LOL
as for the feedneck yes it is removable or at least mine was and I have a black clamping feedneck for it if you need it to sweeten the deal just LMK and as for interest it is a very beautiful and complete package but I am sure you have something even more enticing for me around there somewhere so if its sold then go ahead and I shall wait till you open the vault and the real gems fall out... Besides I never really got into using my V2 that much and I still have a lightning Bolt and feedneck remaining from it..

Do you always have to try and belittle people to feel better about yourself? Just checking.

You two just keep going at it don't you? Well how about one of you does me a huge favor and checks if that feed neck on the V2 is threaded or not. My parents can't tell and I'm completely helpless. It's shit like this that makes me hate selling. lol
