Everyone needs to realize that this is a group not an organization. Everyone shares responsibility in what we do, so what should I bring to play paintball every week? How can I be prepared?
First off lets start with the clothes, paintballs wash out right? Yes and no, they often leave oil residue and a slight discoloration in clothes so don't wear your Sunday's best. You should dress accordingly, we play in the woods and wetlands and you have to accept the fact that the vegetation is going to win any fight you try to start. Wear dark colors and try to think ahead here. Also, remember we primarily play paintball in the summer, between 12 and 4pm so hot and humid is the norm.
Lets pack a bag, grab an old backpack and lets start loading it up. First thing you should pack, is your mask - everyone should have their own mask, go out and buy a good mask before you even think about getting a gun.
So here's the list to pack: -Mask -CO2/HPA Tank -Barrel plug or condom -Squeegee -Compatible elbow and hopper -Paintballs (not required but highly recommended) -Water bottle/beverage (again think hot summer day) -Towel/shop rag/paper towel
Other smart things to throw in there: -Oil (I like Hoppes #9) -Hex wrenches -Spare O-rings
Now keep throw bag in your closet and bring it every weekend we play and you'll have a lot of fun without a lot of effort.
