So I've been talking to a few people and they aren't very happy with the current state of affairs within the group. So now we get to spend the next six months hypothesizing how to make it better! I think the first thing on the agenda is get a field work day at least once a month. If we had some legitimate cover out there I think everyone would be a lot happier.
Another big concern is playing with guns that are out of class. When a pgp comes up against a DM7 it takes a lot of fun out of the game. So we're going to limit games to classes: stock class, open class pump, auto, electronic. If you want to play with an electro you either come later in the day or you bring a pump too. The other thought was to sell licenses for electro's and have one weekend a month dedicated to them.
we also failed miserably to start any scenarios this summer, actually the entire game failed this summer. So why don't people want to come anymore? I know I failed in my leadership and organization and I hope to correct that (my new years resolution). Should we shoot for a game every weekend or just go every other? I think me Fred and Mansmith were good every weekend as long as we got off work. If we get a few more the every weekend has a legitimate chance. If not we should shoot for every other. And if I can't make it for some reason I'd like someone else to step up and take charge.
Please contribute to this post and we'll revise it as we go along...
